| This Warranty provides that TriState Roofing will repair any leaks occurring in the TriState Roofing System, which includes TriState Roofing membrane, and other materials provided by TriState Roofing subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations described on the Warranty. |

| The Standard Material & Labor Warranty for original owner assures that TriState Roofing will restore the roof to a leak-free condition, replacing any TriState Roofing membrane or other supplied materials found to be defective, up to the original cost of the membrane. |

| The No-Dollar-Limit (NDL) Material and Labor Warranty for original owner, assures that TriState Roofing will restore the roof to a leak-free condition, replacing any TriState Roofing membrane or other materials found to be defective, with no stated limit on the replacement cost for a period of 5 years From date of installation. |

Labor Warranty
This Warranty provides that TriState Roofing will warranty the labor for your gutters for a period of two (2) years. |

Material Warranty
This Warranty provides that TriState Roofing will warranty the Materials on your gutters against defects for a period of twenty (20) years. |

| TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY |
| |
| Tri State roofing, Inc. hereby warrants the workmanship on your roof for a period of 10 years. This warranty covers all parts, labor and material. This written guarantee protects you and covers 100% against any leaks. This warranty not only covers you 100% but is 100% transferable during this 10 year period if you should sell your home. The cost to transfer the warrantee shall be $85.00. We would simply require a check, the name of the new homeowner; phone number and date home will be sold. All this can be mailed to our current address to record. |
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS WARRANTY: |
- This warranty only covers work which was performed by us.
- This warrantee work pertains only to the roof which we installed.
- Does not apply to vandalism, abuse, earthquakes, fire, flood, or catastrophic occurrence beyond our control.
- To obtain service under this warranty, contact Tri State Roofing. Proof of purchase required.
